Shebaru is a study abroad and visa consultancy headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, providing guidance and support to students and clients seeking international education and travel opportunities in destinations including Malaysia, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Our services include university selection, admission support, scholarship guidance, visa application assistance (student, tourist, and medical visas), and online training programs related to study abroad and visa consultancy.2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or who are accessing our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our website or Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.3. Nature of Our Services
Shebaru acts as an educational and visa consultancy. We provide guidance, counseling, documentation support, and application assistance. Please note the following important points:- We do not guarantee admission to any university, institution, or program.
- We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application (student, tourist, or medical), as final decisions rest solely with the relevant government, embassy, or immigration authority.
- We do not guarantee scholarship approval; scholarship decisions are made independently by the awarding institution or body.
- All consultancy advice is based on the information available to us at the time and is subject to change based on updated government or institutional policies.
4. Client Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:- Provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation.
- Respond to requests for documents or information within a reasonable time frame.
- Bear responsibility for any consequences arising from false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and the destination country.
- Pay all applicable service fees, university fees, visa fees, and other charges as agreed upon.
5. Fees & Payments
Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated to you in advance and may vary depending on the type of service (Study Abroad Counseling, Visa Processing, Scholarship Guidance, Online Training, etc.). Fees paid to Shebaru for consultancy or processing services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced, except where otherwise stated in a specific written agreement between you and Shebaru. Any third-party fees (such as university application fees, embassy fees, or visa fees) are separate from our consultancy fees and are non-refundable by their respective authorities.6. No Guarantee of Outcome
Shebaru makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding admission outcomes, visa approval, scholarship awards, or any other outcome resulting from the use of our Services. Decisions made by universities, embassies, immigration departments, or scholarship bodies are entirely outside our control.7. Online Training Programs
For clients enrolled in our Online Training programs (including Visa Processing Training, Study Abroad Consultancy Training, and Educational Consultancy Management), access to course content is granted for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Course materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without our prior written consent.8. Intellectual Property
All content on shebaru.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of Shebaru or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
